Frasier Theme Song

The Frasier theme song is entitled “Tossed Salad and Scrambled Eggs.” It became part of a Frasier Soundtrack CD released in 2001 (by Lifetime Television) entitled “Frasier: Tossed Salad & Scrambled Eggs,” but the main title track is different from the one played at the start of the show. The CD version featured Kelsey Grammer uttering the words with various back-up artists singing like a chorus in the background.

As of now I do not know who are the credited writers of the song but it definitely was made for the show.

Lyrics (show edit)

Hey baby, I hear the blues a-callin’,
Tossed salad and scrambled eggs

Oh My
(Mercy)

And maybe I seem a bit confused,
Yeah maybe, but I got you pegged!
Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha!

But I don’t know what to do with those tossed salads and scrambled eggs.
They’re callin’ again.

(The following are alternate endings)

They’re callin’ again.
Good night, Seattle, we love you.
What is a boy to do. Good night.
Frasier has left the building.
Thank You!
Scambled eggs all over my face. What is a boy to do. Goodnight, everybody.
See you next year, we love ya.
