American Pickers is a popular reality TV show that premiered on the History Channel in 2010. The series follows the adventures of Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz, who travel across the United States in search of valuable antiques and collectibles. They visit various locations, including barns, sheds, and garages, where they negotiate with owners to buy unique items that they can later sell for a profit.
The theme song
Okay, first things first, the opening song for American Pickers is barely something we can call a “theme song.” This is mostly due to the intro dialogue (the one with “what most people see as junk, we see as dollar signs”), which is what they want the intro to be all about. However, the background song is still credited—to music publishing company Jingle Punks Music. Too bad cause it kinda rocks.
